Waivers

The following two pages are the waiver required by ASI/Cal Poly for its associated clubs. These are an excellent start, but, just to be sure all our bases are covered, there is another, more comprehensive waiver as well. Just to make things simple: If you are going to sign a waiver at home, please print out all three of these documents, and attach signatures and information in the relevant spaces.
