While our players' records are available on our section of the Amtgard Online Record Keeper (ORK) (old players should contact our Prime Minister for records transfer or reactivation), our weekly sign-in sheets are fed through an Excel spreadsheet before use to provide a somewhat different appearance, and to allow our regular visitors to have their own section. The results of this process are available here in PDF form for the use of members of the monarchy other than the Prime Minister, and for members of our populace in cases when our monarchy is away en masse.

  • This is the active sheet as of 12/05/09. In any but the most unusual circumstances, this is what should be printed and used on those occasions on which our beloved Prime Minister has turned his glorious presence away from us.
    
• Core Sheet
  
  • This is merely a sign-in sheet rather than a records sheet: Some of our core players and monarchy are included, but no indication is given of players' levels other than black spaces to indicate classes that have reached 6th level. This sheet is intended for the use of members of the monarchy who want to have a blank sign-in handy on the days when our illustrious Prime Minister has made some petty mistake, such as leaving the latest sign-in sheet in the tray of the Printer From Which All Credits Flow.
    
• New Players Sheet
  
  • Occasionally, we have an influx of new players, or some recruiting event or other. On such occasions, it is beneficial to have a way to sign up new players in droves. Thus, the new players sheet, for the convenience of... well... anybody that needs it.
    
• Visitors Sheet
  
  • The fourth and final sheet is a primarily blank sheet designed for use by large groups of visitors. A section is provided for each of the lands of Westmarch, as well as a small sub-section for the very few gracious people to have graced us with their presence from the distant and mysterious lands of "Other."
