Where: At Meadow park in San Luis Obispo (it's off of south street)
Why: Well, we sorta sat down and thought, you know what would be neat? It would be neat to have a quest. And invite all our friends. Yeah. Or something like that.
How: Um, with foam swords, maybe some armor, a bit of garb...you know, the usual.

I'll fill in more details as I get them, such as the title of the quest and such. Just wanted to let peoples know the date in advance.

We are doing a demo for a club at San Luis High School on Friday,April 25th from 5:00pm-6or6:30ish. I need volunteers to bring loaner weapons, as well as people to show these unruly teenagers how to fight without killing each other. As you all should know by now, I'm not really a fighter, so I'm not the best person to be doing that part....

Anyone volunteering is eligible for an extra undeclared credit. Please email me to let me know you are volunteering.

We also need volunteers to run the booth at Cal Poly's open house. This will be on April 19th from 10:30am-4pm. We are doing four shifts as follows:
  • 9:30-11:30 (setup)
  • 11:30-1:30
  • 1:30-3:30
  • 3:30-5 (clean up)

Anyone volunteering for a shift is eligible for an extra undeclared credit. You MUST stay for your whole shift and actually help out to get this credit. Expect to hand out fliers, explain the basic rules of the game, and show off some swords and armor and costumes.
